General Donation
An annual gift of $25.00 or more qualifies you for an individual Suncoast Humane Society membership. Your membership is in good standing 1 year from the date of your $25.00 donation. A family membership can be obtained for $50.00.

Electronic donations is an automatic transfer program which allows you to make donations without writing checks. Automatic transfers save time, work and avoid the hassle of writing and mailing checks. Once you authorize the transfer, your specified donation is electronically transferred directly from your checking or savings account to our account. It costs you nothing to sign up. You can cancel your authorization anytime by notifying your bank.

Our dogs and cats love to sleep on Kuranda beds, but we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price for a another dog or cat to sleep in comfort, please donate a Kuranda bed.

We also need cat towers for the cat room that are plastic for easy sanitization.

Recycling For The Animals
Help Suncoast Humane Society earn cash to care for homeless dogs and cats. When you make an easy commitment to recycling, you'll be part of making a difference for the animals. Don't throw away your empty aluminum cans, inkjet cartridges from faxes and printers and cellphones - SHS needs them! Gather them up and drop them off at our Animal Care Center in Englewood or our Thrift stores in Venice, Englewood or North Port. Last year the animals benefited from more than $2,000 from aluminum cans alone! Thank you for your support of our recycling program.
Get in the Game of Giving with the "TAG" Team
"TAG" (Timed Account Giving) is a simple way to show you care, and an easy way to help us in our mission of giving homeless animals a second chance. You simply tell us which Timed Account Giving program works best for you: once a month, quarterly or once a year. Then "TAG" will automatically deduct your pre-selected gift amount from either your checking or savings account. "TAG" will send you one complete tax receipt each year.
