Shelter Angel
If you'd like to honor someone in your life, whether it's just to say "Happy 
Birthday" in a unique and special way, or to give a gift in loving memory of someone you've lost, why not consider sponsoring one of our adorable animals?
Our Shelter Angel Medical Fund is used to provide special medical needs for pets that otherwise would not have a chance for adoption. It is a great opportunity to help a pet find that special loving home. The fund is used to help cover the medical costs associated with an animals's treatment and care. Your gift may be put towards emergency or critical care, heartworm treatment, spay/neuter, or other expenses needed to assure a pet's health and adoptability. By becoming a Shelter Angel, you will receive a Certificate of Appreciation for helping to assure the medical needs of a pet(s) are being met. When you donate to the Shelter Angel Medical Program you can sponsor an animal In Honor Of, In Celebration Of, or In Memory Of someone you care about. A gift of $100.00 spays or neuters a pet and helps offset housing and medical costs incurred in the sheltering of an animal. A gift of $250.00 provides heartworm treatment and covers fostering and critical care expenses for one pet. A gift of $500.00 helps us provide emergency care for injured, sick or neglected animals.
This is a great opportunity for loving, concerned individuals who want to help but cannot adopt a pet. SHS reserves the right to determine those animals with the greatest need and therefore those that will benefit most from a Shelter Angel gift.
When you become a Shelter Angel, you are helping the animals and assuring that the individual needs of each animal are being addressed.
